Verbs

Verb defines what is happening in the sentence.
There are 3 types of verb - Present, Past and Future.


Present Verb

Simple - I am a student. 
Negative - I am not a student.
Question - Am I a student?
Negative Question - Am I not a student?

Simple - You are a student. 
Negative - You are not a student.
Question - Are you a student?
Negative Question - Are you not a student?

Note : You can also use other subjects; We, They etc.

Simple - She/He is a student. 
Negative - She/He is not a student.
Question - Is she/he a student?
Negative Question - Is she/he not a student?

Note : You can also use other subject; it etc.



Past Verb

Simple - I was a student. 
Negative - I was not a student.
Question - Was I a student?
Negative Question - Was I not a student?

Simple - You were a student. 
Negative - You were not a student.
Question - Were you you a student?
Negative Question - Were you not a student?

Simple - She/He was a student. 
Negative - She/He wass not a student.
Question - Was she/he a student?
Negative Question - Was she/he not a student?
