I’m a creative person who loves his job and makes students independent. I have strong abilities to plan a lesson and execute it well. In fact, I made a website to make students learn smoothly.

Why are you eligible/Why hire you?

You are looking for someone experienced in pairs creative and a good manager with a problem-solving attitude. I have been part of multiple workshops and training in 3 years. In-depth I learned how the training program actually works.

I was successful to execute my plan on stage.

Why do you want to work here?

This is a place where I can reach a larger group most of the people voted the training program the best place I found it too. I know you are looking for a person who can manage facilitators by having zero problems. Well, I do it always in my classroom through my creativity.

What is your Weakness?

I haven’t been great at leadership. Last time my TM wanted me to conduct a re-connect. I got multiple ideas and learned a lot. It was a challenge but I ended up enjoying it. I was able to conduct 1st part nicely.

What is your Strength?

I am a creative facilitator and excel at collaboration. I have been working with my peers and helping others to make students learn faster.

Where would you be after 5 years?

Trainer in America, I would like to make 25k+ but that is negotiable. As a trainer I love working here, that is worth a lot.
